Black Forest Flammkuchen Co., an Alsatian Food Truck with a wood burning stove, rumbled the bi-ways of the Hudson Valley, from weddings to festivals.
The truck's overnight success lead to the expansion to a permanent location in Kinderhook, NY. The Flammarie is a popular Franco-German Bistro with wood-fired cuisine, craft beer and all local ingredients.
